“I found them through high starred ratings and they just proved that they are one of the best. They arrived on time, communicated well in advance. Above all, they are thoroughly professional, disassembled, packed neatly, and while unloading, ensure the doors and floors of the house are not damaged, assemble again with ease. “Lori and her team are absolutely amazing- truly a game changer!! Between a new job and a broken foot, we were between a rock and a hard place when it came time to move. And then, in comes Lori and her team. They asked a bunch of questions about the things we liked and disliked. And then, they told us to plan to go away for a couple of days to relax!! WHAT?!? They arranged everything- coordinated movers in 2 different states, arranged for furniture delivery, shopped for accessories, sorted and packed up stuff on one end, and unpacked and organized stuff on the other end--- all while staying on budget!!! When we returned, it was like a big reveal- and they nailed it! We felt like we were on a reality TV show. They turned our empty house into a warm, comfy home! With our favorite pictures hung, furniture assembled, and groceries purchased for a special dinner that we had on our first night home (no more pizza!!), we were able to enjoy our new home from day one. What would have taken us a couple of months to do, they did in a couple of days. We will never go back to moving the old fashioned way!!”

“I stayed here 3 times. The rooms stay cool. Neighbors mind there own business. It was quiet. There were no bugs. There were no bad oders to the room. The rooms were big. Cable T.V.. there is a best buy 5 min walk away or a mall and restaurants and shopping district 7 to 10 min away. It was a little pricey. And not what advertised on line. But worth it to get away from it all. Management was friendly.”

“A couple of months ago, my son left his gaming system in one of the trucks that we rented! I called this location to see if it was there, but unfortunately the truck that I used, had been rented out again, and was left at another location. The gentleman that I was speaking with (John) told me that, he would not only continue to look for it, but he would go to the other location to check as well! John went above and beyond in order to find my son’s system, (which he did) and for that I am extremely thankful! His customer service is on another level! Thanks for all you do!!!!”

“This Firestone was really wonderful when I visited. I dropped off my car in the morning and they had everything done in the afternoon.
