“Lori and her team are absolutely amazing- truly a game changer!! Between a new job and a broken foot, we were between a rock and a hard place when it came time to move. And then, in comes Lori and her team. They asked a bunch of questions about the things we liked and disliked. And then, they told us to plan to go away for a couple of days to relax!! WHAT?!? They arranged everything- coordinated movers in 2 different states, arranged for furniture delivery, shopped for accessories, sorted and packed up stuff on one end, and unpacked and organized stuff on the other end--- all while staying on budget!!! When we returned, it was like a big reveal- and they nailed it! We felt like we were on a reality TV show. They turned our empty house into a warm, comfy home! With our favorite pictures hung, furniture assembled, and groceries purchased for a special dinner that we had on our first night home (no more pizza!!), we were able to enjoy our new home from day one. What would have taken us a couple of months to do, they did in a couple of days. We will never go back to moving the old fashioned way!!”

“A couple of months ago, my son left his gaming system in one of the trucks that we rented! I called this location to see if it was there, but unfortunately the truck that I used, had been rented out again, and was left at another location. The gentleman that I was speaking with (John) told me that, he would not only continue to look for it, but he would go to the other location to check as well! “John at the Midland location was extremely helpful to us during the entire time we had our storage unit. Unfortunately this location didn’t have any available units at the time that we were needing one so he gave us a discounted rate for one of their other locations. Even though we were not at the midland location he still gave us his mobile number to call or text him at anytime if we needed anything. His customer service was wonderful! He is a very down to earth person who completely understands how life doesn’t always fit into 30 day notices and that is okay! I recommend him and the Midland Mr Storage location to anyone looking at renting a store unit!!”
