“Our family was traveling a long distance and broke down on a Saturday early morning. We found Cox Auto repair and Lloyd answered our call at 6am! He helped us get back to his shop, diagnosed the problem and helped to find someone else to help us since he didn’t have the part needed to have it fixed that day. Lloyd was like a guardian angel to us- he was kind and trustworthy. We had 2 kids and a dog in tow and he helped us to feel comfortable and safe. I've never had one bad thing to say about this establishment other than the people that come to this office for medical attention. I'd say these reviews are 100% biased. If you don't follow the rules and policies then you might as well just stay home. I'd say that's why a majority of these reviews are on here. People can't follow rules. “Almost a 5 star experience. Kids spaghetti and meatballs was perfect. The cheese pizza was as giod as you can get in NC. The staff were super friendly. I took 1 star away because of the order in the picture. Who makes a shrimp Frances without pasta? Especially up north people know better to use pasta and not potatoes. Also, cabbage? Why? So close but the most expensive dish at $18.99 was a disappointment.”

“No, this place isn’t the cheapest but in my experience sometimes saving a buck can cost you in other places. The lady that runs the place is extremely kind and welcoming. Yes, she has a very small dog that doesn’t get on the clothes, so if you have an issue with that then 1) you’re probably a complainer and want something to complain about or 2) just don’t take your clothes there period. On the flip side I went to another cleaner who made me feel like I was a disgusting person for having pet hair on my clothes (won’t name this place but it’s in Zebulon); the level of respect I received here far outweighs the 5-10 extra bucks I’m going to spend on my clothes.”

The staff is very kind and friendly, please be mindful and considerate to them as they are struggling with staffing and being out of food (if you ask for something in particular they may not have the resources to make it, the poor manager tries their best).
