They even have a clean small eating area to enjoy your food. I cannot believe they have cheeseburgers, bologna sandwiches and PIZZA made to order! Guess what? The cook, Tony, will certainly try to accommodate your food order request as well. He is always friendly and definitely cares about what he cooks in his kitchen. Let me first start by saying out of the four apartments we looked at before moving here last summer, The Arbors set themselves apart the most by how responsive and helpful they were with everything. Most places will move you in and then ghost you when they get you to sign the lease and moved in. Every single service request, question, or concern was taken care of right away. For example, my fridge had a small issue at 9pm on a Sunday. Called maintenance and had to leave a voicemail. Not even 2 minutes later I was being called back and they came right out and took care of it quickly. Tanesza and Heather are the reason we loved living at the Arbors. When looking to move in, if quick responses and actions being taken are important to you and you want to feel valued for your business this is the place to be.”

“My vehicle is 17 years old and the engine light came on. Winds up that the intake manifold was leaking and needed to be replaced. However, due to the supply chain problems we all are experiencing, a new part could not be located. Strickly's shop was agreeable to using a used part. So my grandson found one on Ebay and Strickly's replaced it along with performing routine maintenance services. Strickly's has been servicing my vehicle for 12 years now. Suffice it to say that I'm a happy camper!”

“This place gets a bad reputation, but its a great school. I am a pre-IB student here and most of the fights are with the afterschool Spartan Academy for students with behavioral issues. The have great academics and sports, though I wish academics, like robotics, had a bigger budget. The band is amazing and so is the school overall. 10/10 recommend it.”

“Loved the band,nice place,however dance floor is extremely small and I suggested posting signs no drinks on dance floor. Dance floor is a nice wooden one and people are ruining it by spilling drinks on it and can be s dangerous for those dancing. Love how it is decorated people are friendly there. And line dancing which my so and I like alot. Just need larger dance floor and if people are not dancing they should get off the floor so the people that would like to dance have a little room to do so.”

I visited Burney's in Raleigh a few weeks ago and discovered they had one in Smithfield. I HAD to stop by and it was AMAZING here as well. We got glazed croissants, cookies, and macaroons at Smithfield location 😍”
