“Been using Kumo for years. Awesome company. Weston services my home weekly for pet waste removal and does a superb job. Highly recommend. Upon reading some of the crazy bad reviews. Let me clarify that I was not offered a discount or anything at all for my review. This company has always been professional and I’ve used them for my previous home as well as the one I just moved to. I call them often for re services because well, we are in NC, and this summer has been crazy hot with all the extra bugs to go with it. The ladies who answer the phone are always super nice and send someone out (usually Weston at my new home) as soon as they can. It’s not about their customer service, it’s about how we as customers speak to people. Everyone deserves respect. If you, as a customer, are unable to do that or are just rude don’t expect someone to just deal with it. This world is crazy enough. This company is great and we all just really need to do better at being nice Humans. Thanks to who ever does the responses on these reviews for dealing with the Karen’s how we all wish we could. “I used USA Auto Body for my physical inspection after my rear-end collision that ended up totaling my car. Terence is the owner of the body shop. He is incredibly professional with outstanding customer care. Always in contact with me with updates on my vehicle when he and the insurance adjuster deemed it to be a total loss. When I went back to get my key ring back I showed Terence the loose bumper on my new used car. He took the time and screwed the bumper back into place! Whenever I'm in collision need I'll always come back to USA Auto Body! Their dog is pretty cute too!”
