(April 26, 2023, 11:50 am)Boyd's is actually the BEST auto repair shop I have been to in over 50 years. I needed an oil and coolant change. Their communication with you from making an appointment to checking in, starting work, interactions while working on the vehicle and their honesty are unmatched. I’d recommended them to anyone who needs ANY car service. Their prices are fair, and they honor Veterans as well. They keep you informed and work as a team for your vehicle service. They take the time to happily explain everything that needs to be done, on your next visit and will stand by their work. In my opinion, they are the best.
(April 19, 2023, 7:52 pm)They did an awesome job fixing the AC in my old car, I thought I was going to live another summer in this heat but they fixed it quickly and were really respectful. This is a really friendly and honest shop, 10/10 recommend!
(April 11, 2023, 7:26 am)Boyd is my go to in Sanford. I found his shop about two and a half years ago after Mazda in Cary told me I needed some services done. Anytime any service is recommended to me I go to Boyd for a second opinion and the work. He and his team are always responsive, respectful, and willing to get me in the door as quickly as possible. He tells me whether I truly need something, and what my options are to make it more cost effective.
(March 30, 2023, 10:43 am)Boyd got me in for an oil change on my diesel sprinter van.what I liked most was him going beyond the oil change and pointing out some things that needed my attention so that I could plan ahead.
