West is amazing he has done so much work on my suv. It's practically a new car. Hes fast and the service is great. Highly recommended.
Have had Wes do work on all my vehicles several times over the last year. Specifically my truck that had some suspension modifications from the previous owner I wanted removed. He was done with everything in a few hours . Even took the time to show me the parts he replaced and why in regards to their condition. There were some parts I was concerned about and thought might need to be replaced. He took time to look at those and assured me they were good. Top notch honest work at a great price thanks again!
I drove down from Clayton because Westley's shop was highly recommended for his good work and honesty. He showed me the worn parts which were really worn, now my truck drives like new without the previous metal to metal popping noise.
I had an unfortunate mishap and my alternator/waterpump belt snapped on my way to work. I was stuck. Everyone was booked. Wesley went out of his way and got me a tow service, fixed my problem, and got me on me on my way. I know it's not what Faws normally does, but he helped someone out who was in trouble. Thank you. And thank Kelly's for giving me a heads up for people around Sanford that care about when people need help. Great family.
Excellent work and communication. Prices are better than fair and Wesley is super nice. Took my Saab in there because a light was going off telling me to park safely and turn off the engine and he had it fixed in just a couple hours - even had to special order parts from Raleigh. And those that own a Saab know that no one in this town wants to work on them, until now. Thank you Faws Auto!
