Always clean and a nice environment! All of the equipment is well maintained and I enjoy my workouts here!

Very pleased with the staff at this location. I always feel welcomed when I go in very early morning. I've never felt judged or felt uncomfortable in fact I've had a few compliments by some regulars that have seen my progress that going to the gym has made for me. If you're plus size and worried at all, don't be. Everyone at this gym has the same goal no matter their size. A healthier you is the absolute best form of self care and comparison is the thief of joy.

I have really enjoyed my experience so far at this gym. The staff are very kind and friendly, and the gym is clean and welcoming. I have been to several gyms and this one stands out the most!

We are visiting from out of town so were surprised to learn this location had been opened since 2020; it is so clean & well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. 100% recommend!
