“Dr Shin is an absolute treasure. I have never before or since felt so listened to, and treated with such respect. When he took me on as a patient I was a mess and in a horrible place. I had been admitted to psychiatric hold and the hospital referred him. I was suicidal and had zero hope. My first day I had a whole meltdown in the waiting area, it was never mentioned again and I was never treated poorly because of it. Yes, he is expensive if you miss an appointment. However they send multiple reminders, rescheduling is easy and he is worth it. I paid multiple missed appointments due to my own fault, so I understand they are expensive. The staff are kind, patient and understanding. I have since moved out of state and when I say I wish I could fly out to see him every 6 weeks I would. There is absolutely nobody like the team in this office. Dr Shin I miss you and your absolutely stellar care. Thank you for saving my life.”
