We drive 4 hours for our children’s yearly check ups and we are more than willing to do so because of the quality and personal care we receive. “Cindy is always great but the appointment scheduling is awful ! I tried for 2 days to get someone on the phone to schedule my husband an appointment, to no avail. I finally went through the website and that wasn't easy. The appt. was scheduled for the following week. The next day after I got the appt., they called, cancelled the next week appt.and rescheduled for that day in the afternoon. When we arrived, they had no record of the change. They almost turned him away but Cindy did see him.”
