“My experience with this shop has been nothing short of excellent. It is nice to know that shops like this still exist. Let me give a few reasons why I say that. First to the great owners Pete and Julie they are truly professional, friendly and, honest. I know that I can bring my car in for repair or maintenance and not have to worry about getting ripped off. From my experience all the office and shop personnel are very knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they get someone who does. The most important thing about this shop is the excellent work they do when I take my car in for repair or maintenance. The one thing I like most is when I do bring my car, in for whatever needs to be done they just don't stop there. They take notice if something else may need attention and put it in writing so you will know, and then give you the option weather you want it repaired or not. Now that's what I call service with a smile. One more thing I would like to mention that is great about this shop and that is if the problem with your vehicle is something that needs to taken to the dealership they let you know up front. I think they are the best shop in town. Pete, Julie and everyone else that works there, keep up the excellent work and you will always have, not only customers, but repeat customers. One final thing this shop give Meineke a reputation that they can be proud of.”

“Ken, our salesperson at the store was wonderful. I walked into the store about 4 weeks ago, and met Ken while I was searching for a swivel rocker recliner for my husband as a surprise gift. He showed me the items which they had in the store and then took me to a huge screen where I was able to view so many more to choose from. I needed to measure the space so I had to go back but this time I took my husband with me. He sat in one chair and new he had the perfect chair. We bought it right there and then and now two days later he is smiling and relaxing. This is what retirement should be like for all. Ken, Thank you for being so great. “I needed new tires. From the time I walked in the door to the time I was checking out was 23 minutes. Eddie was respectful of my budget and offered a very competitive price. Highly recommend. Pro tip, schedule an appointment online and they get right to you. Update: I didn't like the tires I bought. They gave me all my money back for the tires I didn't like and put it towards a wheel/tire combination better suited for my driving style. I didn't have an appointment and they got it done in 1 hour. Moral of the story is these guys are great (shout out to Mike.) The picture speaks for itself.”
