Dr Tull is a great doctor! He is very knowledgeable and explains things well. He is a great asset to Carolinas Center for Oral and Facial Surgery and to the Denver community. We are blessed to have him in this area. I highly recommend Dr. Tull.

Being an oral surgeon, He has great knowledge of every muscle in the face. I was very comfortable in letting him use Botox to remove what years of frowning caused. I would highly recommend him. Dr. Tull is my lifesaver!! He has done several Botox and filler injections on my face and I am very pleased with the results. He makes sure that his work looks very natural. He also makes sure you are comfortable throughout your whole procedure. Since he is trained in oral surgery, he knows the bone structure of your face and will work with you to enhance your features! I love this doctor!!
