Had a small problem, easily fixable but required the specialized equipment of a Mercedes repair shop. Took a shot and went in, hopeful that I could get something done quickly but assuming that I would run into the usual car repair wait situation and of course they're gonna hit me with a fat charge. After all they own the equipment, right? Well this was a totally different experience. I explained the issue and Tony got right on it. What was the charge. A smoothie. Yep. He asked me to go buy him a smoothie because he couldn't get away for lunch! He explained that he sympathized with business owners who need to keep the vehicles moving and that motivated his quick response in my situation. Well he just made a loyal customer. I would not hesitate to bring him my Sprinter work moving forward. Highly recommended!”
