“Felt compelled to write a review after the remarkable experience I had at Autobell today. While sitting and waiting for my car to be detailed I overheard a conversation between an employee and customer whose car had just been finished. This employee was very polite and professional in his interactions, and asked the customer if there was any spot he could touch up on- to which the customer replied that the car looked better than they had ever done and gave him a 10$ tip. The employee moved on to his next car, which happened to be mine, and I watched as he meticulously cleaned and re-vacuumed my car efficiently. After calling me over I inspected the car and it was, without a doubt, the best service I had ever gotten from this location. I asked for his name, which is Joseph, and asked if I could request him anytime I come by. He unfortunately said he is leaving to go back to college the coming day, but anytime he is back and I see him I will be sure to request! Props to autobell for hiring outstanding young men, and props to Joseph for doing such a great job! Highly recommend him and this location!”
