(March 17, 2019, 6:16 pm)You don’t think of great and comfortable service when renting a truck, but I got more. I did forget the lady’s name but she had braids or twists I’m not sure. She helped me get my truck and verified the process with me. I enjoyed her attitude and the gentleman who checked my truck in with dreads was very kind as well. Anxious to get off but that didn’t stop him from his duties, I’ve been there. Thank you for a great experience!
(November 18, 2018, 4:27 pm)Excellent Customer Service. Shout out to Brianna for her fast, efficient service. We originally reserved a truck at a different location and arrived to find they did not have the truck, and worse, had no alternatives to offer. I contacted the Ballantyne location, spoke with Brianna, and she quickly transferred the reservation to her location. When we arrived, Brianna was pleasant, efficient, and had us out the door in no time with the truck we needed. Thanks for turning a negative experience into a positive one.
(November 14, 2018, 11:48 am)The main complaint is the lines is usually slow. I have used them regularly each year to rent a pickup truck and transport mulch from the yard 1/4 mile down the road. Being close to the mulch the milage cost is kept to a minimum. Otherwise they provide good trucks at decent prices.
(October 3, 2018, 9:54 am)I've not had the best experiences with U-Haul in the past, so I was very pleasantly surprised when everything went smoothly to put me in my reserved truck at this location! The staff was both helpful and friendly, and they were efficient with time so that my wait as a customer was kept to a minimum. The truck was in very good shape, as were the neatly folded furniture pads in the back. I felt very comfortable in choosing U-Haul when I left!
