“Fantastic storage facility located directly off of highway 29 and 485 in Charlotte. Great prices and deals they have to offer (great for UNCC students, less than 5 minutes from campus and surrounding apartment homes) tucked away down a quiet road. Janile, the site manager, was EXTREMELY helpful in getting me into a unit very quickly and easily. She even took me around to tour some units in rainy 40° weather! Great customer service, units are spacious and clean. Best storage facility I've ever used. 10/10 would recommend Public Storage. Edit 3/7/18: Bill, who works in the front office on certain days, is wonderful. He is very friendly, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, and a wonderful asset to Public Storage. Very willing to help. Also, a gentleman by the name of David was working here a few days ago and he too was extremely helpful and friendly. 5 stars!”
