Went there to get a van for my wife. He worked with us on price, threw in some high-end floor mats that my wife wanted, and delivered on his promise to send someone to our house 45 minutes away to make us a second OEM key, free of charge.

**2-week update: The van is running and driving excellent, no hidden issues or anything, and the mechanic we had change the oil and rotate tires said he hasn’t seen an Odyssey in that good of condition for the year. Solid deal.
