“Came in to get some eyeglass accessories and to set up an appointment and had a great experience. I was helped by Tina. she was very friendly, well informed and personable. Someone else use to have my phone number so the system kept pulling up that individuals name and we had to reenter my info several times. She was patient and apologized for an error that was not her fault. It's been awhile since I've met an employee that seemed happy to be at their job so, it was refreshing to come in contact with someone like this!”
