We have a post office across the street from our house but chose to drive a few miles in traffic to this post office instead because it has such wonderful service and reliable people. It took her 3 minutes, before she went back there she did tell me it may take her a while BUT that was fine because it showed dedication to helping me find my package!....In terms of UPS customer service line, they are completely incompetent!
