“I went through an absolute nightmare in mid November, my mainline pipe had burst resulting in my ceiling falling into my living room- it was as I said a nightmare. Immediately Marquis was ON IT, there was maintenance working on my home every single day to ensure I would be back living there before the Thanksgiving holiday. There was complete transparency and communication with every single person working in the leasing office. As difficult as I was.. they did there jobs quickly, efficiently, and very friendly at that! I am so thankful for everything they did during that time. Aside from that situation, Jazzmin was an angel when I was first applying to the complex to rent! Again the communication was exactly where it needed to be, of course I had to call a couple of times to be answered but it was always within the same day! They are on it and constantly working, I am just very grateful to be living in a community that does care! My neighbors are incredible, the kids are always outside playing, dogs are everywhere, it’s homey and welcoming. It’s not perfect, but where would you even find a “perfect” place! Price point aligns with what is given especially during a time of rising rentals and prices everywhere. I highly recommend living here.”

“Working alongside Rona Chen and Monarch Homes to purchase my first home, was a great experience. I found a home that I loved and proceeded with getting an inspection. The inspection company misquoted my inspection fee(lower than their usually fee) but Rona advocated for me and was able to get the company to honor what was quoted to me. When the the inspection came back Rona had some concerns about some of the items on the report and although the seller was selling the home “as is” Rona again advocated for me. She strategically and relentlessly negotiated to find leverage against the sellers during our due diligence process which increased my seller paid closing costs and once again helped me save money. Rona was a delight, friendly, a breath of fresh air and ensured my first time home buying experience was smooth and satisfactory. A definitely recommend her services 10/10”
