I would leave 6 stars if I could. Between Scott, Kayla, Norlene and everyone else in the office, I have received nothing but prompt, exemplary customer service. Everyone is always in a cheerful mood which always helps. They have saved me money on my home and auto insurance policies. Thanks guys!

Norlene is my girl. She is always super helpful and responsive. Even though we have never met in person, I feel like she's a friend. There have been times when I have considered switching companies, but I get such great service from this office that I never follow through even if the price is a little cheaper, and it's never been such a significant difference in price that it made me walk away. I have also worked with Scott and Travis; however, Norlene is my favorite. :-)
