“The atmosphere makes you feel like you're at home. The servers are so friendly, they make sure we had everything we needed.. I had the fried chicken plate with mashed potatoes & gravy. It was very good,seasoned just right. The biscuit was moist & fluffy.. IF ANYONE GOES THERE YOU HAVE TO TRY THE BREAD PUDDING FOR DESSERT. I WILL BE GOING BACK SOON. Just my suggestion, once you pull into the drive and go left for shipping, I would suggest turning around their and backing up to the shipping docks. It makes it a lot easier.”

“My husband and I wanted to get a quick dinner in before welcoming baby number 8. So we decided to try La Unica since we haven't tried them yet....it looked like the parking lot was full so we thought we would have a little waiting time but got a table right away. The server automatically bring you chips and salsa which was so tasty. We ended up ordering bean dip with cheese, steak and cheese burrito for me and a chimichanga for my husband. Everything tasted so fresh! The sliced lettuce for the first time at any restaurant wasn't soggy or watered down like other places. The service was great. Our waitress made sure we had everything needed. I highly recommend this place. Who doesn't like fresh authentic Mexican food!!!”

She’s very skilled and has a calming demeanor that really relaxes you. Plus!!! “Was unbelievable here for the short tenure while I was with the LA Rams, Rich is a great man who helps and truly cares about the people that are interested in looking at Parkview. Once you become a resident it’s like being part of a family. It’s a gated complex, and is always clean and updated well by a maintenance team. The rooms itself are cozy and perfect size for being an LA resident. I just absolutely loved staying here and wouldn’t look elsewhere. Very thankful for my time here, it was such a blessing!”
