(August 20, 2020, 2:40 pm)First time taking my car to Authur and now a lifetime customer. Fair, honest, and exceptional services. Under promise but over delivery. Knowledge, workmanship and customers service exceeds any of the expensive European ”Big Box” service centers in Charlotte.
Followed up after service completed to insure satisfaction was the icing on the cake.
(July 21, 2020, 11:02 am)5 stars all the way. I would give 10 stars if I could! I recently purchased a 97 BMW convertible. The owner, Arthur, is amazing! He was just genuinely kind and also super personable. He gives an up front and honest quote. Honestly, he treats his customers as if they were family!
I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a car or looking for an honest mechanic! It's rare nowadays for people to be authentic, and to actually do what they say.
(May 26, 2020, 12:33 pm)Owner of the shop, Arthur, is best guy I've ever entrusted any of my vehicles to. 100% honest shooter, recommends repairs that are needed and doesn't find extra repairs when they don't exist. His shop does exceptional work. Returns are never required, diagnoses are always on point. And they charge extremely fair prices that are way lower than the dealer racket. Since finding this shop a few years ago, all my work has been done here, without hesitation.
(August 18, 2019, 10:01 pm)Arthur @Trinity Auto Repair was amazing. He is very professional, honest and courteous. My wife’s GL450 needed some attention after I attempted to install new suspension. I brought the truck to Arthur and he diagnosed the car and performed the repair the same day. He is master mechanic skills truly set him apart from the dealer at a fraction of the cost. He is well prepared. He even called on us on the following day to see how things were going and if we were satisfied with his work and attention to my family. It is true what they say about Arthur, he treats you like family.
(February 7, 2019, 5:04 pm)I had a issue with my convertible top. Took it to other repair shops, they could not resolve the problem. Talked with Arthur, the owner of the shop. He took on the problem and resolved the convertible top issue. He also resolved a few other issues with the car I did not know about. He is honest, friendly and reliable. My Bmw Z4 has found a new repair home.
