“This store has ALWAYS been helpful and cordial. Melissa has helped me/us for years. Always patient, resourceful and friendly. Negative reviews I attribute to those who are just bitter people in general, who are just waiting to cause a problem or call someone out that “didn’t meet up” to their expectation. My review is not only in support of the store and staff but in review of the customers in which they endure. I’ve had too many great visits at this store, enough to inquire about Melissa’s injury/surgery and recoveries; yet there she is serving others with a smile. Care goes both ways, I say. I disregard the “poor sports” that take their personal attitude issues out on store staff. Perhaps if customers enter the store without a chip on their shoulder, they will have a better shoe-shopping “experience” they so desperately desire.”
