I brought a 2016 X5 BMW from this dealership on 8/27/21. My experience with Julian was excellent from start to finish. I live 4 hours away but was determined to get this car. Julian stayed in contact with me through a 2 week time frame, answered every question I had on and off the clock and continued updating me on everything that I needed to know . My step by step process from out of state was very smooth. Once I arrived for the vehicle , Julian was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and how to care for it. Test drive was nice. I definitely didn’t feel rushed or pressured . The staff there is great and they are very patient. Paperwork was ready in about 5-10 mins and everything was ready to go in less than an hour. I will be doing business with them in the future. I must say i absolutely love my new car and the 4 hour drive was definitely worth it. Julian you need a promotion , you’re awesome!
