“My experience with this dealership was beyond amazing! Mrs. Roberta contacted me on the day the dealership was closed (Thursday, 11/3/2022) and started the process right away with my inquiry on a 2015 Ford Mustang. She called me back later on that same day to inform me that she had the pre-approval for the financing and reviewed with me everything about the car. I didn't need to hear nothing else, I didn't even need to test drive this car (although offered) just because of the 🙌 blessing and the spiritual excitement of what was already underway on this car the moment I seen it online.....This purchase was the answer and the end of a three year search for a vehicle like this for my son for his 16th birthday. Mrs. Roberta said when can you get here? She was willing to see me on their closed day but because I had to travel from a distance, we meet on the following day. (11/4/2022). She texted me the directions and provided the link for all the necessary information and things I needed to bring to make the transaction smooth. Mrs. Roberta was on point with everything! I grabbed my best friend and we were on the road early morning for the three hour drive. Mrs. Roberta checked on me for my ETA and my best friend and I was already in Matthew's, NC down the street from the car lot having breakfast. At my appointment time the car was pulled out, the temporary tags was already on and paperwork printed out awaiting my signature. The show of professionalism, and care....I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I received by Mrs. Roberta and H Group Auto Sales. This place of business deserves to be on Matthew's, NC main strip of car dealerships FIRST to the national known dealerships. “An amazing store that has everything I needed from home but had no idea where to find. They have relish mixes like Knorr, Royco, South African wines like Wolftrap, Ceres juice, MS Balls Chutney, Biltong, Cadbury chocolate - Flake & Crunch and mealie meal. It really helps to be able to find food from close to home, a nice reminder or comfort food when you're homesick. Or the perfect place to pick up food items you really enjoyed during your travels or if you're just curious about "South African food"”

“I was eating across the street at Showmars and got a notice from my car that my key fob had a low battery. I drove over to Advance Auto Parts, I tend to always go to them anyways and always had a good experience, especially at this location. I walked in and was immediately helped by a nice young man named Rick. He intuitively looked at my hand and already knew what I needed without me even speaking. I handed him my fob, he took it apart, identified the battery, went and got a new one, installed it and told me to try it out, it worked flawlessly. He then checked me out immediately and I was on my way. All of this service for only $6.42... Thanks for serving your customers with intelligence, quick service and care. I will always be back. Rick should be the poster child for Advance Auto Parts. ?”
