“Before calling Lake Norman Hyundai I had went to three other Hyundai dealerships in Charlotte and surrounding areas. All I received from them where broken promises, poor communication, wasted time, and most of all at one location before I went (Fort Mill Hyundai) I spoke with one of the so called managers who assured me he had what I was looking for. He even sent me pictures. So after work on a busy Monday I drove to Fort Mill Hyundai from Mint-Hill area in Charlotte which is not close only to get the and find out he was a liar. Flat out lied to me. That’s when I call Lake Norman Hyundai. Thank GOD for my sales rep Richard Marsh who was awesome and understood the assignment and I’m happy to let any and everyone know about both experiences the bad ones with the charlotte and Fort Mill locations and the greatest one with Richard Marsh and the team in Lake Norman. I even met with the owner Cam to make sure he knew what happened and how Richard restored my trust and confidence in at least one Hyundai dealership near me. He worked with us on price, threw in some high-end floor mats that my wife wanted, and delivered on his promise to send someone to our house 45 minutes away to make us a second OEM key, free of charge. **2-week update: The van is running and driving excellent, no hidden issues or anything, and the mechanic we had change the oil and rotate tires said he hasn’t seen an Odyssey in that good of condition for the year. Solid deal.”

Mrs. Roberta contacted me on the day the dealership was closed (Thursday, 11/3/2022) and started the process right away with my inquiry on a 2015 Ford Mustang. She called me back later on that same day to inform me that she had the pre-approval for the financing and reviewed with me everything about the car. I didn't need to hear nothing else, I didn't even need to test drive this car (although offered) just because of the 🙌 blessing and the spiritual excitement of what was already underway on this car the moment I seen it online.....This purchase was the answer and the end of a three year search for a vehicle like this for my son for his 16th birthday. Mrs. Roberta said when can you get here? She was willing to see me on their closed day but because I had to travel from a distance, we meet on the following day. (11/4/2022). She texted me the directions and provided the link for all the necessary information and things I needed to bring to make the transaction smooth. Mrs. Roberta was on point with everything! I grabbed my best friend and we were on the road early morning for the three hour drive. All the necessary paperwork, sales, tax, tags, etc. They take care of advertising of the vehicle on all platforms. In the past, we have sold our vehicles internally but have found it to be a huge cost-saving and hassle-free process to use Exit 28 to consign our vehicles. By consigning them with Exit 28 they can offer financing to buyers which is impossible unless you are a dealer which we were unable to do. They do it all. You drop it off they sell it you pick up the check.”
