“I have been here a few times over the past couple years I've lived in Matthews, and every time it's a great experience. They get oil changes done in less than an hour at a reasonable cost, and they're always kind, friendly, and straightforward. In the past I've had so many uncomfortable experiences with auto repair shops where they try to upcharge me or patronize me because I'm a woman. I've never felt uncomfortable here.”

“5 stars for Cliff. Really great guy and genuinely out for the customer. A real pleasure and breath of fresh air. I was a little disappointed, after spending money on a great new set of tires to find my spare just thrown in the back of my jeep and not stowed/put away. Would’ve taken 3/4 minutes and been a touch of class. 3 stars for long wait and 2 stars for economy/basic service.”

“I was eating across the street at Showmars and got a notice from my car that my key fob had a low battery. I drove over to Advance Auto Parts, I tend to always go to them anyways and always had a good experience, especially at this location. I walked in and was immediately helped by a nice young man named Rick. He intuitively looked at my hand and already knew what I needed without me even speaking. I handed him my fob, he took it apart, identified the battery, went and got a new one, installed it and told me to try it out, it worked flawlessly. He then checked me out immediately and I was on my way. All of this service for only $6.42... Thanks for serving your customers with intelligence, quick service and care. I will always be back. Rick should be the poster child for Advance Auto Parts. ?”

“Dead alternator and Reggie came out from Matthews Towing & Automotive. It was 7am in the morning and feeezing outside. Reggie was a nice guy and very helpful. He walked up with a smile on his face and helped me get my car towed. He was quick and efficient and assured me my vehicle was in good hands. I can’t say thank you enough to Reggie for giving legendary customer service. You don’t see that a lot these days and I am VERY appreciative. Thank You Reggie!”
