Any time I had questions, concerns or needed clarification, Brian was available. I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and my expectations were not only met - but exceeded. I was also very happy with the cleanliness of the truck, the amount of packing materials used (there was more than enough) and how they weren't scarce on making sure every item was properly wrapped, cushioned and protected. The team all had great attitudes throughout the day, even with all the physical labor involved. Equally as important is that none of my items were damaged! MAJOR SUCCESS! A few days after the move, I contacted Brian regarding a couple adjustments that needed to be made on a furniture piece's reassembly. He immediately scheduled a couple team members to come back to resolve the issue. I was 100% satisfied. “Pretty good experience service was fast, I was picking up a shipment I had them hold instead of delivering. There was some damaed pieces but I think it was a packing malfunction the shipper put two palets together and expected the forklift to pick both of them up. Should have just used an 8 ft palet. They helped me fill out a damaged claim and everything went well.”
