“My neighbor recommended Dr. Lauren when I was searching for a more holistic treatment for my infant daughter. We feel so blessed to have found her. Our daughter was in the NICU for 5 weeks with medical issues, as well as hip dysplasia and had a stiff neck/preferred one side. We noticed fairly quickly after weekly treatments that her moments became more fluid, seemed more comfortable and overall flexibility improved tremendously. I literally get a smile on my face during my daily drive over to Y6 to practice and sweat out my day. Diversity of class types has a fit for everyone that enjoys a vinyasa (breath + movement) style of yoga: sculpt has weights incorporated, slow, 101, power to restorative. Most classes are warm/hot but not all. Flows for all levels yogis. The variety of times on their weekly schedule is the first reason I walked through their door. Early bird classes during the week, classes throughout the morning and lunch, several evening options and even open for several classes Saturday and Sunday. Added bonus, if you travel they also have an unlimited package for use at all nation wide studios.
