“Dr. Branner took exceptional care of my son at Children’s Urgent Care in Blakeney. Over the Easter weekend my son fell ill and we were monitoring him. He was just over a year old and had recently had 4 back to back double ear infections each month; so we just assumed it was another ear infection and he was already scheduled to have tubes put in that coming week. We were trying to wait out the weekend to call his pediatrician on Monday morning. On Easter, he began having trouble breathing and his temperature wouldn’t go down with Motrin so we made the decision to go to urgent care. Dr. Branner, who had seen my son mutiple times at urgent care for his ear infections, began to examine him. There was nothing wrong with my son’s ears, as my husband and I suspected. But Dr. Branner could hear crackling in his chest and my son’s oxygen level was down. Dr. Branner gave him back to back altbuterol treatments. He wasn’t responding quickly enough as Dr. Branner would like. So, rather than doing a chest X-ray there; Dr. Branner contacted Levine Children’s Hospital and arraigned for immediate transport. Ultimately my son was diagnosed with pneumonia and hospitalized for 3 days. We were very grateful for Dr. Branner’s quick and detailed action which saved our son’s life. We were also appreciative and thankful for Dr. Branner to check in with us to see how our son was recuperating. Since he wasn’t our pediatrician he really didn’t have to. It meant a lot to us. He is a great pediatric doctor!”

Called upon store opening to inquire on a product, Larry, was extremely helpful, listened, knowledgeable, and offered assistance and advice, said to ask for Stan when I came in the store. Upon arriving several hours later Stan knew exactly what I needed and was exceptionally patience, professional, attentive, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Stan went above and beyond to help me. The cashier #000099 (male, sorry didn't get his name) was attentive and motioned to come in his lane when available, courteous, professional, polite, respectful and helpful. This guy was younger and to see this in with a youth is so refreshing because typically they are not any of the above working or not. I absolutely will be back, and refer everyone I know. Thank you again for the above and beyond customer service and exceptional experience.”

“Beautiful comfortable room. Great staff. I would like to see it when not during pandemic time, I bet it would be amazing. Right now the breakfast is a boxed breakfast, not a hot meal. You can use the pool but you have to have a staff member escort you to open it. No daily housekeeping. Etc. Regardless, I am thoroughly enjoying my 3 night stay.”

“Dr. Raulbach did my daughter’s tongue tie release and adenoid removal. He was so personable and hands on. He explained everything in detail but in an accessible way. He even called us after the surgery to see how she was doing that night - and it was a Friday. I never had a doctor do that before and it made be very thankful that my daughter was not just a patient but a person he wanted the best for. Cant recommend him enough!”
