Dr Robin Scott is that vet. She listens, she learns, she recommends, and she clearly cares. She doesn’t patronize or condescend. And she knows her stuff. My senior anxious boy is relaxed around her and my young uncertain boy doesn’t feel threatened by her. My other two just love on her. I believe my attitude is reflected in their attitude. Do yourself and your dogs a favour: Hunt around for a good vet, a REALLY good vet. Don’t settle. Your dogs are worth just as much as your human children, and they all deserve excellent care.”

“I was at the NCDMV (US-70W, Hillsborough) this morning to transfer my license from another state and to get a NC Real ID. There was a line of 8 or so people outside and a few inside when I arrived. I had an appointment and was called in a few minutes before my time slot. I only waited about 5 more minutes before I was called in to station #3. I had all the documents required for the Real ID, but failed to notice that my insurance card (necessary for the state-to-state transfer) had expired 2 weeks ago. Agent Curry was very helpful and patient. She suggested that I call my insurance co. and have them FAX an updated liability insurance card. She then printed a copy and we were good to go. Throughout the whole procedure the woman in charge of the front desk was also helpful and professional not only to me, but the rest of the customers. The NCDMV is very lucky to have two such great employees! Note: I also would mention that customers waiting outside were taken care of quickly and that the NCDMV prefers debit cards or cash over checks.”

He also hand wrote a receipt with 30 day warranty. I plan to have my dryer repaired there or get a replacement. Nice to support a family business. Luis is busy and on the road a lot.
