“There is NO PLACE to park! You need to park on Rt 70 and on a slanted shoulder. It was a little dangerous getting out of the drivers side. That is why it lost a star. But once in there, the path was wide and easy to hike. The university has cleared an area of nice trees to plant pines for profit. The trail is not a loop, only one trail in and out.”

“Beautiful hike. You may want to download AllTrails or something similar to help you navigate. We saw some people wandering off-trail to find the next section (though the red circles are rather easy to follow). Well-maintained trail with a couple well-marked detours as they complete their work. We hiked counter-clockwise in order to ease the steep climbs for my 3yo & 6yo. The river looked very brown & stagnant, not sure if you’d want to swim/wade in it?? Perhaps it was simply in need of rain. Lovely views at the lookout. In all, we hiked about 2.25miles. We’d definitely come back! Parking lot is dirt off a dirt road. There is a bathroom but it’s a composting toilet and I’m not sure how often it is cleaned. Bring your own hand sanitizer.”

Even the hundreds of little tacks outlining the arm of the chair. They picked up the furniture from 3 different locations and brought it back to one with a fun, great attitude and many smiles and laughter. I can’t say enough about these people! Even during this short time of knowing them I feel as if they are part of my family. Obviously, I HIGHLY recommend them! You’ll fall in love too!”

“Let's start this off right! The staff was absolutely wonderful. I have never felt more welcomed to a restaurant in my life. They genuinely brought a smile to my face when they greeted me. My wife was very happy with this as well. The restaurant was incredibly clean. I ordered the kids meal which came with that awesome Paper Car. When I bit into that burger my taste buds were delighted with perfectly seasoned and cooked beef. The cheese was melted to perfection. Even the bread was great. They cooked my burger medium which is something I would prefer. The fries were really good. If it was possible to rate this restaurant higher I would totally go for it. It is the perfect atmosphere for a couple or a family. WE WILL BE COMING BACK!”

“We LOVE this school. It is a small carefully run gem that is in its 5th or so year of operation. The classes are small and the teachers are enormously caring. All of my children have enjoyed this school much more than the charter and Montessori schools we tried first. I would HIGHLY recommend Hillsborough Christian Academy if you're interested in your children growing in their character in addition to their academic life. (We also have a child who has been slow to read and they have a reading specialist who pulls him out of class for extra attention!)”
