The behaviors and skills you want to help create a really nice relationship with your dog are broken down into basic steps that are easy to learn and build on progressively. There's lots of positive feedback for both pets and owners during classes and plenty of individualized attention to help you work with your dog in a way that matches the dog's needs. And you get an email every week reminding you of how to work on each skill taught that week. My dog, who is afraid of many new things, loved being in this class. And, because he needs to continue to be challenged by having new experiences in a safe and positive environment, we're going to be taking this class for a second time!”
