I had never had any experience going to physical therapy before, and this specific Vista team blew away all expectations I had. They have been extremely thoughtful and intentional with my recovery program, tailoring it specifically to me and my goals for recovery. I said from the get go that I wanted to get back to 100% and be able to run long distance again and participate in sports, and they have rigorously sought out to make that happen for me. I'd consider myself over a month ahead of schedule for a normal Achilles recovery timeline, and I'm certain that is attributable to the team at this Vista facility. They've continued to push my limits as I've progressed and at times it's felt more like I was in a high-end athletic training program rather than just working on making me comfortable walking again.
