“I went in for a quick work break on my route pretty good I was greeting and helped even when I went to the restroom midmake of my sandwich he didn’t mind he waited for me to come out. My only problem is I got a drink from the fountain, lemonade, I was in a rush so I poured and left but taking a sip of my drink it tastes like its a mix with sugar and pickle juice not lemonade.”

“I have loved living here at Chapel Ridge! The private rooms and bathrooms are a wonderful size, and the apartment has everything I need (including a washer/dryer)! The grounds offer amenities such as a tennis court, beach volleyball court, pool, gym, etc. There is also easy access to hiking trails in the Carolina North Forest (right behind the buildings). The staff and maintenance are very efficient and friendly as well, if you ever need anything!”

“I called at 3:30pm on a Sunday when my car wouldn’t start. He immediately drove to my home, sharing his location so I would know exactly how long until he arrived. He made a quick diagnosis and waited for me to run up the road to exchange my car battery. He explained the issue with the battery (it wasn’t the first time I had this issue, just the first time a jump wouldn’t start the battery again) and quickly installed the new one. He had me turn the vehicle on and off so we could be sure there were no issues. Wonderful customer service - so grateful!!!”

“In November (2021) I was just outside of Chapel Hill on Hwy 54 westbound. A deer ran out in front of me, i hit it and i just knew my truck was totaled. The adjuster came, made his assessment and told me of a few body shops he knew folks used. Because I live 3 hours away, i started doing some research and asking several of my local to Chapel Hill friends on who the best body shop was. Everything I looked up and was hearing, kept leading me to Elite. So i made some calls and went to a couple different shops, Elite was by far the best looking and my friends spoke highly of them. I worked with Kevin from beginning to end. He helped me understand how things would work, how getting some parts were tough, kept me updated on a couple hard to find parts, and just communicated very well throughout the whole process, especially knowing I lived so far away. He let me know it could take some time but would get me back on the road asap. I picked my truck up today and am truly impressed with the way Elite made everything look just like new. At this point, if i need body work, i will bring my vehicle from where I live 3 hours away! Thank you Kevin, for the professionalism, communication, craftsmanship and attention to detail. out of 5 stars, i give Elite a solid 10!”

“So I had this pain that was like TMJ, but it wasn't. I have a dead tooth. Never been there before. They had a quick appointment available. They were very nice. A lot of bigger places I feel like a number and just a paycheck to them. I felt a lot better dealing with a practice that isn't an assembly line. The dentist took the time to answer my questions and I really appreciated not being given a printed document but actually speaking with a dentist that patiently answered my questions. I probably asked some questions 2or 3 times but when I left I felt better and didn't have any questions.”
