“My Mother went to Elizabeth City Health and Rehab after sustaining a broken back. The nursing team was amazing, Angie is exceptional. The nurse assistants took wonderful care of her. The physical and occupational therapist rehabilitated to a level of functioning that allows her to live independently, I can not say enough good things about them. House keeping keeps the facility very clean and is friendly. The visiting nurse practitioners addressed symptoms immediately. I am giving them only 4 stars because the food, about 75% of the time was not eatable and sometimes we were unable to identify what it was. If you can bring or order food this is the perfect place for your loved ones.”

“On Saturday I was driving North on I-95 from Fayetteville when I a hit a piece of metal in the road blowing out my tire. I had my infant and small child in the car at the time. While I am more than capable of changing a tire, I was petrified to do so due to the fact that the shoulder is narrow, the speed limit is 70mph and people were not moving into the left lane. I call my road side assistance but they wouldn’t be to me for more than hour. I started working on the tire myself. Loosening lug nuts between burst of traffic. As I was lossening the third lug nuts I looked up to see and officer turning on his lights and pulling behind me. I don’t think I have ever been so happy to see blue flashing lights pull up behind my car. Officer Forsht approached me and told me he would change the tire and to stand back and watch traffic. Because he was stopped traffic was forced to switch lanes. He had the tire swapped out in a matter of minutes. Once the tire was switch Office Forsht escorted me to the next exit where I could replace my donut with a real tire and be on my way. Office Forsht is the absolute picture of protect and serve. If he had not stopped this story could have ended much differently! Thank you for your service!!!”

“Dr. Klein is very kind and genuinely feels like he is trying to help. I have developed a close trusting relationship with him. We had a few issues in the beginning because he was bringing up religion in sessions. I am not entirely sure if it was intentional or not but I have made known my opinions on that subject and he has tried to respect my opinion on that topic.”

“Southside Tire Inc is an OUTSTANDING Tire/ Roadside Service company. Communication and service is beyond my expectations and am extremely impressed. I was stuck with rotted RV tires and they got me back on track very quickly. They are fully equipped and very knowledgeable when it comes to Commercial or RV tires and more, just ask! I called everyone in the Hampton Roads area and no one was able to service my Class A motorhome at the campground but them. I don't think any competitors can beat their business in service. I highly recommend keeping their number in your contacts, if you drive a semitruck or an RV. This company will take care of you and keep you on the road with confidence.”

“This place is phenomenal! I had my first appt yesterday and it was amazing from start to finish. The front desk ladies were lovely, my dental hygienist was so patient with my anxiety and gag reflux, and the dentist was extremely kind. The office is also extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing. 100% recommend.”
