“They have the hardest time keeping this tire shop staffed to be able to actually stay open for the hours advertised by Walmart. The price is right. The tires are good. The equipment makes for a speedy tire replacement. They have a free air hose on the corner for folks just looking to add some air to a tire. I think the manager lady just needs to stop taking smoke breaks with what seems to be the lead garage man (round fella you'll find hanging out behind the garage, smart but smokes a quarter pack on a tire change) and start doing some hiring. If I could get the service I got 3 years ago from the skinny white girl with funny colored hair, I'd never use another tire shop. But it seems like this older woman and middle age man run all the good help outta the garage. Maybe it's just my optics. No one said anything out of the way to me. I just watched several people do nothing while the one or two other employees that were in and out on breaks hustled the whole time I was there.”

Jamie was very responsive with our many questions and even contacted the Cobalt Factory to get clarification on some of the options we ordered. This 2022 Cobalt R6 Surf is our third Cobalt all of which were ordered from different dealerships and I can honestly say we have never had a bad experience with Cobalt and or their dealerships. “This is a great family business, and I was very happy they had a high quality washer and dryer in stock. My washing machine died and I needed something quickly! I stopped by yesterday after 4 pm, and my beautiful new appliances were installed before lunchtime today. I was pleasantly surprised that the price was lower than the nearby big store, and surprised again when Ronnie's provided the washer hoses and dryer cord at no cost during the free installation (the big store charges about $50 for these items). Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Ronnie's!”

“Customer service in the evening is awesome. It’s posted online they are open until 11:30pm on Friday and Saturday evenings. But this is not true not once but twice I’ve gone there now and she has everything closed up by 11. It’s frustrating to open the Internet to see the hours and that’s the only reason why you go to that store thinking it’s open and you get really cheap cigarettes only to find they are closed.”
