(May 2, 2023, 1:47 pm)this is such a great place! friday- two pizzas is my family's fave!! we order it with no cheese due to our diet and it's still fantastic!! i like the build you own salad and the seasoned fries too.. EXCELLENT STAFF!! they've got gift cards available too- so if you're looking for a gift idea- this is it!!!! family owned and worth the visit!!
(March 24, 2023, 2:32 pm)Best subs ever! The food is fresh and delicious, made to order. The staff is always friendly and quick. On one of my trips here, I called my order in literally 10 min before closing. It was still made perfect, and the staff was still super friendly. Also the best salads in town.
(March 16, 2023, 5:31 am)Wow, that is the word I would use to describe George's. I always get the steak and cheese with extra cheese, and I'm never disappointed. I'm not in Asheboro often, but when I am, a stop at George's is a given. Sometimes, I get a craving for it and head down that way regardless. Trust me, the drive is worth it. It's take out only, the restaurant is clean, there is barely a wait if you call ahead, and the staff is friendly. They have a full menu of pizzas and subs, not to mention French fries and dirt pudding. Try them out. You won't be disappointed!!
