(April 9, 2020, 10:09 am)My dryer stopped working and Kenneth was a pleasure to talk with. Kenneth was able to diagnose what was wrong with my dryer over the phone after I explained to him what happened. He ordered the part, we set up a time to take my dryer to him, and he fixed it while we waited. The dryer works just fine. He also is reasonable with his price, I did not feel he took advantage.
