Getaway Asheboro

I have been going to Getaway Asheboro for the past couple of years. I love this place. Quiet, calm, peaceful, and very comfortable. Each cabin is spaced about 100+ ft away from the others. The large square window facing creation brings a stillness and calmness you can’t find in the hustle of a busy life. The noise simply melts away.

We stayed in a water view cabin, and for $350 for 3 nights, you cannot beat it if you love the outdoors plus the modern luxury of a tiny cabin. The cabin itself had everything we needed.

Plus, if you like to fish, they now allow you to fish in the pond on the property. Catch and release only! Several panfish specifies and bass are plenty in the pond!

You have got to go. You’ll thank me.

Such a great getaway for me and my 9 year old. I love bringing some books and doing absolutely nothing. Also, it's great that the zoo is right up the road!

Nice, clean, compact interior. Liked what they’d prepared for us given the price. The environment is out of the world. Only thing we could complain about is that it doesn’t have much hot water and needs some time for next person if no one wants a cold shower.

Low key Glamping!!!! Wonderful communication. This could be a family, couple or solo retreat. The room and area was clean. The cabin we selected was perfect for 2 people. They had everything you needed to function, just bring your overnight bag and some food. We are definitely coming back.

The location was amazing. The cabin was clean, amazing, and quite. I loved just being in silence. I definitely want to come back. This is a place to clean your mind and relax. It’s silent and you have time to really think and process things. I can’t wait to go again! Whoever thought of this you are genius!
