“I have not been here since covid, but when I say these machines are clean they are CLEAN!!! I can’t believe how much effort they put into making sure this place is up to code. If you need a good workout, but don’t want to run the risk of getting germs on you. I recommend coming here first and trying them out. Again I have not been here since covid, but they definitely made me feel welcomed each time.”

“This fitness center is like a "home" to me. I have been a member there now for almost 10 years. During the first five years, I worked out there every Monday through Friday at 5:30 a.m. before going to work as a mail carrier in Greensboro. Ginny, the owner trained me on almost all the equipment. Excellent training! Total Fitness is unique in its atmosphere. If has lots of equipment and room. Enough can't be said about it.”

“If you want your child to thrive and be pushed to their highest ability this is the place for you. This gym creates super athletes. Their training is unmatched and we are blessed to have such an amazing place for children in Randolph county. Both my girls go to RGA and we have been very pleased with their growth in a short period of time. My youngest loves Amber and the toddler gymnastic class. My oldest cheers and tumbles. They taught her a back handspring in a month in Kindergarten. Impressed is an understatement! Great and caring staff.”
