“Dr. Stover is an absolute angel. We have taken my mother to numerous podiatrist in the triad. Two different doctors CAUSED my mother's toe infections to escalate to the point of having amputations. When she had the last serious infection, Cone Hospital had Dr. Titorya Stover come in to see my mother. She looked at the infected toe & in clear, concise terms explained in simple, loud words that my mother understood. She did a wonderful job of the surgery. Mamma had no pain & the toe healed beautifully. Since then Dr. Stover has taken the best care of my mother. She very compassionate & patient. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially geriatric patients.”

“It was a fairly subtle accent, but everything feels a little more strenuous in July heat/humidity. We only did about 10 miles out and back and didn't finish hiking the trail. There wasn't a readable map as the posted ones case is so weathered and there were no paper maps, but I'm sure there were plenty more trail miles to hike. They have a number of stone campfire sites, that don't look like they have been used recently. I'm definitely interested in checking out more of the Uwharrie national forest has to offer, but to be completely honest this location had me a little uneasy. First there was a number of discarded food items in the homestead, enough to suggest that perhaps someone was squatting there. Then there were several freshly and unnecessary chopped down young trees that were cut and left in the way of the trail. Lastly on the way out we took a different path that goes over a small creek near the trail exit and there were clear fresh footprints in the mud. There really isn't much chance we wouldn't have run into whomever it was on the trail. It really only splits near the top campsites. I expected to see another vehicle when we got to the parking lot, but nope. It may have been nothing or maybe someone is squatting there which isn't in itself a reason for concern, but either way something felt off. I definitely wouldn't go hiking alone there and without some precaution.”

You checked their residence card/birth certificates to know whether they are legal or not or are you just being an ignorant person by assuming their status on appearance/language barrier? You do realize that anyone could've been born here no matter what they look like...Some people are born here and taken to their parents country to be raised and that's why they may not know the language. Others may have their legal status but not know the language as fluent as someone who grew up here and lets face it most people that grow up here don't even speak proper English. How do we know you're legal? You could be a Russian, German, or whatever and here illegally. Must not be that bad of a place to work at if all the ones you assume are "illegals" can handle it. I dropped off a white American daily at 530am for months til he got another ride and he didn't have any complaints about the work, pay, nor his coworkers and he wasn't worried about whether someone there was legal or not as he is not part of ICE/Homeland Security nor part of the Hiring crew. Did you even put in your complaints to those above you about the conditions of the environment or are you just venting on social media where there wont be any results. Usually people need to go to those they work with and the office and let them know what they don't like to have something done about it. Good luck in your future employment.”
