I especially enjoyed the breakout sessions and “Paint a Picture with Words” exercise, even though writing a poem or lyric isn’t one of my strengths. Jo Heather’s coaching expertise and passionate support were evident as she led the three-hour virtual retreat. Should you have an opportunity to attend Jo Heather’s “Fill Your Joy Tank” retreat or work with her from a whole life coaching perspective, I would recommend it.”

I read some other reviews and asked the counter the night before pretty much between 6:00 and 9:00 AM is the prime time for fresh breakfast.”
