Everything was so yummy & their dumplings 🥟 are always going to be my favorite! The service/ waiter was without a doubt, exceptional. The location is adorable.

I purchased a large qty of used Interlake Mecalux brand wide span storage racks from Pallet Rack World for my online retail business. From day 1, Robby was super helpful and patient for my endless questions, communication was great and quick. Shipping was flawless. The condition of the shelves are very good, just like they stated in their nicely&simply designed website. As an online seller I am very picky everything about my business, Pallet Rack World is a business that I would definitely work again.

Ordered my racks online, picked them up today. Ended up getting some new parts (uprights) and used side rails and wire shelves. All of it looked practically brand new. Very pleased with service and price, definitely recommend and will buy from them again.

Robby and Michael are some of the best in customer service I've had the pleasure to do business with, I talked to them at 8 in the morning about what I needed, they got my order together and ready to go before I got there at noon the same day. My trailer was loaded carefully and they even lent a hand with getting everything strapped down with a friendly conversation.
