I stumbled across a few listings for a bus on eBay and saw many of the coaches I was interested in were offered by Holiday Coach, so I found their web page and bookmarked it. I’d started watching the used bus market for a couple months before I was going to purchase, and every time I was searching there were always a couple listings at Holiday Coach that were what I was after.

I was hesitant to purchase thru eBay, as with any auction, once you “buy” it, you pretty much own it, unless you can show mis-representation by the seller. When the time came to buy, I decided I was going to buy from here, as it allowed me to secure a bus and still be able to view it and kick the tires before fully investing a huge chunk of money.

I contacted Holiday coach thru their web page (It’s how I test a business to see how much they monitor their web listings) and was contacted a few hours later. Matthew reached out to me, and we talked about a few of the listings. What I appreciated the most was no hard sales pitch. Just honest information about the good and not-so-good with each bus.

I chose a bus, and Matthew got right to work. I’m from California and the bus I was interested in was in Virginia, so a lot of coordination was needed to make this happen. I’m happy to say it all went off without a hitch. Matthew even called me the day before I was flying out to advise of a small issue with the bus that just happened and didn’t want me to waste my time if it was a deal-breaker. I went anyways, and both him and the seller went out of their way to get the bus in order for the 3,600 mile trip, to include connecting me with local companies I could work with to make any repairs (new tires and oil was all it needed). The bus made the entire trip with the only issue being a lost windshield wiper and a headlight adjustment.

Matthew kept in contact the entire trip, making sure if there was anything I needed, he was willing to help.

I can’t stress enough how happy I am with this whole transaction. This was a HUGE purchase for me, and I was terrified of losing a ton of money, but the whole process was straightforward and honest…something that seems to be a lost art nowadays…so a HUGE thank you to Matthew and Holiday Coach…I highly recommend them, and if anyone I know needed a bus, I would definitely send them to here!!

I can't say enough about Matt and his team. Not only did he help our ministry (Youth For Christ) sell our old bus, but he also went above and beyond to help us find just the right bus for our needs moving forward. If you are in the market for a coach this is THE place to start!

Been browsing bus ads for a few years actually. Been a little more serious lately, seems prices are a little lower right now because of the "C" thing going on. Came across Holiday Coach's ad for buses and found one that we really liked, and Matthew was very upfront with the condition of the one we chose. The owner was very helpful when we flew into town. He picked us up at the airport and brought us to the bus. Prior to our arrival he replaced the old batteries, checked fluids, and had his tire guy come check out all the tires, replacing a questionable one with a good used one and aired up all the tires so it was ready to travel when we arrived. After paperwork was finished, we headed out into San Jose rush hour traffic at 5 pm and drove it twelve hundred miles home to southeast Idaho. The bus ran great and got between seven and nine miles per gallon on the trip home. We spread it out over three days and Matthew stayed in touch with us to make sure we made it home ok.
