“Melanie and her husband could not have been sweeter. We have two YOUNG boys, who we bribed with treats to not touch anything… but those weren’t needed because Melanie and her husband were fantastic about showing all of us around. They embraced the boys with open arms, which is a welcoming surprise in a pottery shop. We intended on coming for one piece, but we left with seven. They had the smallest pieces, perfect for little hands. We were all thirsty from the hot sun, Melanie happily gave my eldest water as soon as we got through the door. Thank you for the wonderful pieces, the customer service and the heart-to-heart. We will definitely be back!”

“This review is a little late but hopefully this speaks volumes to how we felt in the months after our purchase from Shaw. We were ready for more space than our last camper and found a floor plan we really liked and went to the NC RV show to see if we could walk through the model. We found 2 dealers that day who sold the keystone passport we were looking for but unfortunately there were none to walk through at the show. Shaw gave a good price but for us, won out because they were so down to earth and didn't come on like salesmen. I was waiting on insurance to come through after someone totaled my truck and after delays from insurance, Shaw was willing to wait until I had my truck figured out and honored the show price. We road up to pick up the camper and walked through and had a few minor odds and ends tied up from maintenance that I could've handled had I needed to. A few months and multiple camping trips later, we are still so happy with our camper and experience. Stacy and Rick, who we spoke to at the show, worked with us beginning to end were awesome to deal with. The few times I've had questions they've answered them and made me feel beyond comfortable dealing with them in the future. Hands down the best experience I've had buying a vehicle or camper. We don't plan on trading our camper in anytime soon, but if we do decide to, I will definitely be going back with Shaw.”
