“Stopped in here with a smoking flat on a cargo trailer...sold me a tire on a rim for cheap... Wasn't the exact size that I needed but it got me back to Fayetteville and they're fast too... They only take cash so hit the ATM at a gas station before you get there... I did not have cash on me I had to run across the street to the gas station and by the time I came back there he had the tire on ready to go... Gracias amigos”

“I have decided to try all my local coffee places and this is going to be on top of the list. Amazing ambiance and interior. I can just relax and enjoy my coffee here casually. The staff is extremely friendly. Everyone had smiles on their face. Coffee tasted great. It was my first time so I wasn’t sure what to order. I told them to make something to my liking and they did a pretty good job. We also got a cheese danish and a lemon muffin. Danish was good but lemon muffin was crumbly and dry. I will try their popular drinks next time. I highly recommend this place.”

“A small and personal shop, with a beautiful presentation of historic and traditional pieces. I was fortunate enough to have Hal Pugh agree to make a nesting set of 4 mixing bowls and a large punch bowl with 2 baker's dozen cups for me, in the late 1980's, when he allowed Mendenhall Plantation, a Quaker Homeplace in Jamestown, NC, to offer his work in our volunteer shop. I still use and treasure them. Both he and his wife are not only professional potters who take their art very seriously, but are able to impart the history of their location and craft to others who are willing to open to their wisdom. It is an experience well worth the effort.”

My idea was for an open torso like you would see on an operating table and it was fantastic! Three-dimensional organs, cavity stretcher, surgical covers, fondant clamps, and so much detail.
