“I really like the haircuts I get at Classic Cut. I've only tired a couple of the ladies there and I click the best with Pat. She listens very well when I ask for a particular change in the cut, but she's also very consistent. The only problems I've had at the Classic Cut is when one of the other ladies I went to actually CUT MY FAVORITE NECKLACE while she was cutting my hair. After I pulled it out and showed it to her and told her what she had done, I think she did say she didn't know she did that, but I didn't get an actual apology or an offer to replace it or get it repaired. I don't know what their policies are about items that are broken or cut while you're in the store or in the chair...but suggest you do what I do and remove any earrings or necklaces when you go to get your hair washes &/or cut. It's a great place, that's just a precaution I probably should have been using before.”
