“When I got sick about 3 years ago it was devastating. I felt lost and sad about not working. Then of course losing my income. However, the entire time the Reidsville SSA office was incredibly kind and patient with me. They helped me do what I needed to do. They made sure my Medicare was right. I never had to go to the office until yesterday. The security guard was a sweet gentle soul. He helped me get signed in and find where I needed to go. Some woman was hateful to him and he handled the situation with grace. He continued to be polite despite her best attempts to belittle him. When I went back for my appointment the there were two caseworkers trying to help me. They answered my questions. Went over and beyond to help me out. I teared up and the lady helping me did too. These people really care about their work. They care about the people who come in. Thank you so much for everything.”
